Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of subscriptions purchased for the Job Alerts - Gemheap Telegram bot service operated by Gemheap ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Definitions
- Company (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") refers to Gemheap.
- Service refers to the Job Alerts - Gemheap Telegram bot.
- Subscription means a paid plan (Pro or Team) giving access to the Service for a recurring billing period.
- Paddle means Paddle.com Market Limited, Paddle Payments Ltd., or Paddle.com Inc., depending on your location, acting as the Merchant of Record for your transaction.
- Consumer means an individual using the Service wholly or mainly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Monthly Subscriptions
The Service is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for fees already paid for the current billing period, except as required by law or as set out in the Consumer Right to Cancel section below.
Consumer Right to Cancel (EU / EEA / UK)
If you are a Consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the statutory right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason (the "Cancellation Period").
Exception to the right to cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply if, during the 14-day Cancellation Period, you have started to use the Service (i.e., the bot has begun monitoring companies and/or delivering job alerts on your behalf) and you expressly consented at the time of purchase to the Service commencing before the end of the Cancellation Period. By completing a purchase and immediately using the bot, you acknowledge and agree that performance of the Service has begun and your right to a full statutory refund is waived once the Service is in active use.
How to exercise your right to cancel
To cancel within the 14-day period, you must inform Gemheap of your decision with a clear, unambiguous statement. You may do so by:

It is sufficient that you send your cancellation communication before the expiry of the 14-day period. Please note that the right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription and not to each automatic renewal.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel within the Cancellation Period and are entitled to a refund, we (via Paddle) will reimburse you the payment received from you. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your ongoing subscription (stop future renewals):
- Send the
/cancelcommand to the bot on Telegram — your plan will revert to Free immediately and no further charges will occur. - Alternatively, contact us at rm.gemheap@gmail.com with your cancellation intent and Telegram chat ID.
- You may also cancel directly through Paddle via the link in your subscription confirmation email.
Refund Requests
Outside of the statutory Consumer Right to Cancel described above, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if you have a dispute, please contact us first at rm.gemheap@gmail.com — we will work with Paddle to investigate and resolve it promptly.
